(The Hill) - Thirteen House Republicans bucked their party on Tuesday to vote for a measure that would overturn President Trump's declaration of an emergency at the southern border. The resolution passed the Democratic-controlled House in a vote of 245-182, with all Democrats voting to send it to the Senate.
