Fadi Fawaz's Twitter account has claimed George Michael 'was HIV positive' in a string of early morning posts.
The fine art dealer, who has taken to social media for countless rants about his ex since George's death, saw a series of posts sent from his official Twitter account on Wednesday morning, making the allegations to his 27,000 followers.
An initial tweet simply read: "George Micheal was HIV+"
Minutes later a second post claimed: "We found out in Vienna after his illness."
The account then directly replied a fan saying: "And sex with him was so boring..." before making intimate claims about their sex life.
It is not known if any of the allegations made by Fadi Fawaz' Twitter account are true.
At 9:41am the account tweeted: "Not being hacked it’s actually me."
This was quickly followed up by a seflie of Fadi on the streets of London alongside the caption: "It's actually me."
A rep for George Michael has been contacted by Daily Star Online for comment.
