Opposition leader Juan Guaido said the Red Cross' announcement was a victory for the country.
On Friday, the Red Cross said that it will start delivering relief for Venezuela's long-running humanitarian crisis after negotiating access between political rivals President Nicolás Maduro and opposition leader Juan Guaidó.
The Red Cross aims to deliver the aid to 650,000 people within the next month, according to International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies president Francesco Rocca. Read more
