Summer, a yellow Lab, is 8. These days, she patrols Washington Union Station with her partner, Sgt. Micah Jones. It’s a five-day-a-week job.“When I get up and get ready, put my uniform on, I put the harness on, she knows she’s ready to go,” Jones told ABC affiliate WJLA.
But Summer hasn’t always been his partner. In her previous life, Summer was deployed in Afghanistan with the Marines.“
